Real-Time Stats Overlays

Once installed, SortPins automatically displays engagement metrics directly on pins as you browse. No clicking required—see everything at a glance:

• Likes: The heart icon — number of likes the pin has received
• Saves: The pin icon — how many times it has been saved
• Viral score: 0–100, how fast the pin is spreading for its age (not raw lifetime saves)
• Comments: Total comment count
• Shares: Social sharing metrics
• Creation Date: When the pin was originally created
• Collected ✓: Green check means the pin is in Analyzer. Click it on the pin to take it out

Pin Analyzer Dashboard

Open Pin Analyzer by clicking the SortPins icon in your browser toolbar. This is where your collected library lives:

• List and Grid views, plus Boards and People grouping (see the next section)
• Tabs for videos, images, and other content types
• Click a pin to preview it large in place — images and videos use the same viewer. The pin title sits under the preview
• Download from that preview. The file saves to your computer; it does not open a random tab
• Select one pin or several rows (same idea as Gmail) and delete only those
• Viral score as a compact ring in the Viral column so you can scan what is spreading now
• Clearer column labels: Pinner, Original, Link, Date

Boards & People

Collected pins can sit in one mixed list. Use Boards or People next to List and Grid when you want to study one board or one account without the rest of your library getting in the way.

• Boards: one card per board (Wallpapers, Cats, …) with a cover and pin count. Click a board to see only those pins
• People: one card per pinner. Click a person to see only their pins
• Inside a board or person, List and Grid still work. Search, videos, and dates still apply to that slice
• Export from inside a board or person and the CSV is just that slice
• Profile photos load on People cards when a Pinterest tab is open (keep one open the first time)

Advanced Sorting & Filtering

Use the dashboard to organize and filter your collected pins:

• Sort by Metrics: Sort by most followers, most likes, most comments, or any metric
• Filter by Date: Filter pins by creation date
• Filter by Content Type: Show only videos, images, or specific content types
• Filter by Engagement: Filter by engagement levels
• Complete Control: Analyze all your pins exactly the way you want

CSV Export

Export pin data to CSV for Excel or Google Sheets:

• Files are named like SortPins-all-2026-09-08.csv and include a SortPins.com line at the bottom
• Columns match Analyzer: Title (when the pin has one), Link, video URL, likes, shares, domain, creation date, and the rest
• Export from the full library, or from inside a board or person — that CSV is only that slice
• Choose videos only, images only, AI-generated content only, or any combination
• Export from the extension popup or from the Analyzer dashboard

Smart Auto-Collect

SortPins automatically collects pin data as you browse Pinterest:

• When you see valuable pins with great stats, they're instantly added to your local storage
• Works silently in the background without interrupting your workflow
• Collects engagement metrics automatically
• Stores data for later analysis in the Pin Analyzer dashboard
• Build your collection effortlessly as you discover high-performing content

AI Content Detection

SortPins uses advanced algorithms to detect AI-generated content. Pins identified as AI-generated will be marked with a special indicator, helping you:

• Make informed decisions about content authenticity
• Filter out AI-generated pins if desired
• Identify trends in AI content usage
• Focus on authentic, human-created content

Customizable Overlay Stats

Control exactly which stats you want to see on Pinterest:

• When you open the extension, choose which overlay stats to display
• Enable or disable likes, repins, comments, shares, creation date, and more
• Customize your view to show only what matters to you
• Toggle individual stats on or off as needed
• Create your perfect Pinterest browsing experience

Grid View & List View

Switch how you browse the pins you are looking at:

• List view for a detailed table
• Grid view for visual browsing and quick identification
• Boards and People sit next to those views when you want to group first, then open a slice
• Inside a board or person, list and grid still work the same way

Media Download

Download means the file goes to your computer — it does not open a random tab:

• Click the download icon on a pin on Pinterest
• Or click a pin in Analyzer to preview it, then use the download icon next to close
• Images and videos save as files
• Original quality, one click
